Shiraz urban railway organization (SURO) quality policy
SURO has been established on, by virtue of municipality rules article 84, paragraph 15 of article 71 of Islamic council's duties, authorities and system laws also mayors' selection.
In SURO, technical knowledge, financial sources and necessary licenses, account as the main factors of development and execution of metro projects also, achieving the system comprehensive quantitative and qualitative goals, beneficiaries' satisfaction, the most important goal, which are related to the management and exploitation methods.
In order to prevent technical or economic problems and beneficiaries' complain while project running and, confirmed execution of the fallowing issues has been considered by this organization.
Optimizing metro projects run by examination and consideration of issues and problems, using applied and scientific methods such as managing values, shared creative management.
Improving information transmission between the organization and beneficiaries, such as planning deputy and strategic supervision of president, Shiraz municipality, planning management, contractors, counselors and citizens through, scientific and applied methods, reforming and improving ways and approved system structure.
Improvement of man sources and promotion of personnel competency level considering necessary specialty and experience and so related trains, also making proper field in order to do research activities.
Promotion of beneficiaries' satisfaction.
